These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XOFLIX.TV (the “Service”), operated by XSELL BUSINESS HUB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.
XOFLIX.TV is a premium on-demand and live IPTV streaming platform providing access to curated video content — including movies, television series, live broadcast channels, sports, and other multimedia — on a subscription basis. Content is made available through our web platform and our branded Android application.
The Service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Streaming quality and availability may vary depending on your device, internet connection, and geographic location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free delivery of content at all times.

We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if we determine that account security has been compromised or that the account is being used in violation of these Terms.
Subscriptions are offered for various durations, with a minimum term of one (1) calendar month. Both single-connection and multi-connection plans are available to accommodate individual and business users. All available plans and their respective pricing are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
We accept payments via approved payment gateways and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in accordance with our payment processor’s applicable terms and security standards. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; it is your responsibility to manage your subscription renewal.
All prices are subject to change. Where price changes are applicable to existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service following a price change constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once your subscription is activated and the Service is confirmed to be functioning correctly. In the event of a service disruption attributable to our infrastructure, we will endeavour to restore service within two (2) hours of the reported issue. Where resolution is not achievable within a reasonable timeframe, we will assess remedial options on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorised use of any content or intellectual property available through the Service may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and expect users of the Service to do the same. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XSELL BUSINESS HUB, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
